Overview

UC Santa Cruz has teamed up with Apple, Inc. to create an iTunes U site specifically for UCSC. UC Santa Cruz on iTunes U is an archive of audio and video content from colleges, departments, and programs across the university. Media developed at UCSC can now be uploaded, searched, and downloaded via the iTunes program, creating an easy way to access digital content specific to the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Our UC Santa Cruz on iTunes U site includes UC Santa Cruz course lectures, faculty presentations, event highlights, and more.

  • Access and download courses, view featured events about Engineering, Fine Arts, Science, Sciences and Society.
  • Be connected with what’s happening at UC Santa Cruz!
  • Subscribe to podcasts so that each new installment is automatically downloaded.

Authorized campus content providers can have content such as audio, video, and PDF files uploaded to the UCSC iTunes U site. The content can then be downloaded and played on computers or mobile devices, and searchable in the iTunes Store, making it available to thousands of iTunes users worldwide. See our iTunes U Services page for more information.

UC Santa Cruz on iTunes U project is jointly sponsored by University Relations, Communications and Marketing and Information Technology Services and is a service hosted by Apple Computer, Inc.  For more information, please send us an email: pio@ucsc.edu or for course materials webcast@ucsc.edu.
